Cook Properties has been in business since 2008, During that past 5 years we have flipped over 25 houses and made a profit on every one! Our profit margins average 17% with an average ROI of 120 days. Over the years we have developed a simple yet thorough and very effective strategy that we consistently follow in how we research properties. By staying consistent and be thorough, we are able to minimize our risk and have yet to lose money on a deal!
